Pump Controller and Packages

We can replace manually operated or outdated vacuum pump controllers with our in-house developed software and a customised hardware package to provide full automation of and assured correct operational sequence for vacuum system pump down and vent cycles.

 

The hardware package can be adapted to read most gauge types, control pneumatic or electromagnetic actuated valving (vacuum and vent gas) and start / stop pumps as needed. Further facilities can be added (e.g. process gas “emergency shut off”) if required.

 

Unsafe or erroneous conditions are detected and remedial / safety action can be integrated with the customer’s system and safe shut down requirements.

 

We are also able to offer the controller package with new replacement gauges and pumps if desired
