3D Design

 

Our CAD capabilities allow us to thoroughly check and test our designs – whether small components or major assemblies – long before we commit to “cutting metal”, avoiding the costs and delays – and operational frustrations - associated with major reworks, changes or “difficult” constructs.

 

With our extensive practical experience of assembly construction and operational use, we use CAD animation capabilities to test and visualise assembly operation, component fit and practical use. Most importantly, we can check that assembly and disassembly for maintenance is both possible and will be realistic in practice, ideally “in situ”. Where assemblies or systems are designed with upgrade capability in mind, we ensure that this is both as straightforward a practical task as possible and that it maximises re-use of existing items.

 

Final designs can be supplied to customer for manufacture if desired, as design files (a range of formats is available) and / or engineering drawings for manufacture.

 

Alternatively, we can manufacture, assemble and install our designs for you.
